    oney (now i am priviledged lol!!) tripod!!!!! oh, men are such simple creatures. Couldn't be more obvious! The kitchen roll made me laugh out loud too!!! I HAVE been wondering where mine was disappearing to! Mind you, Girls Aloud have alot to answer to if you ask me!!!! Still, they can have his stinky football kit and enjoy!! No one gets the stains out like me ha ha ha......I am so sad!

    kap, well done on 30 days, probably more now but i'm a notorious looker but not poster till i found this thread, and also, are you looking to give up smoking to then? As for the zits, use Quinoderm at the first sign. Blitzes those buggers right out!!!

      Summer, I am not a cook...but as far as I can tell, its like ordinary spag bol but use veggie mince, tomatos, spices, onions and stuff....

      Hows the non smoking going?

        Actually he very wise and interesting dude - worked with recoveing addict/alkie survivors of Desert Storm in the US.....

        And for the record, no, don't want to give up smoking AT ALL!!! Don't smoke heaps, but just need to eat better x

          well not smoking is........................................not smoking. I LOVE to smoke. I even smoke while having a wee. I smoke while reading my favourite books (martina cole the business at the moment, not as good as her others but that's another story. should i start a book thread?) am cold turkey and suffering, but it's a good suffering. kind of wallowing in misery lol!!!

            I used to smoke in bed too....and on the loo....oh my, yep I sure loved it!

                  here is my jamie oliver spesh museli recipe:

                  8 handfuls poridge oats
                  2 handfuls bran (i use whizzed up all bran lol)
                  1 handful chopped dried apricots (i use whatever dried fruit i have)
                  1 handful chooped dates (yeah right, christmas time only!!! i use sultanas! what a cheapskate!)
                  1 handfull crumbled walnuts (i use hazlenuts but what the hell)
                  1 handfull brazil nutts chopped

                  keep it in the fridge overnight, then put some milk in to the consistency you like. I may take the pee a bit but this is really good, and very adaptable lol!!!

                              Beans on toast for brek.
                              Some left over prawns and rice from last night for lunch.
                              Chips and onion gravy tnt.
                              Some apple and cinnamon biscuits.
                              Pistacio nuts. Salted.
                              Squash
                              Water
                              2 cups of coffee
                              1 cup of tea
                              1 can of relentless.

                                I stopped and bought a HUGE head of Cauliflower. Now I need to think of a HEALTHY way to prepare it...Steamed and smothered in Cheese sauce would be GOOD,
