The more you dont eat, the smaller your stomach gets and this means you are less hungry.

Oners - I have lit a candle for you at home with regards to your physical well-being. I got that notion (candle thing) from you - and I thank you for that. I am more than a little disturbed reading your posts here about your general lack of self-care etc in the dietary thing.....is it perhaps emotionally related, or "time of month" (or worse!!) - or Christmas Nerves??? Or poor Mark ? Not sure what to say - please excuse me trying to second guess why - it may be NOTHING tangible at all...... Anyway - please keep an eye on yourself and if nothing else - MAKE yourself drink LOTS of WATER.
Today I have been pretty good ( for me)
About 5 cups of coffee to date ( 6pm ish)
4 cigs
Ham and tomato sandwich
Boysenberry/yoghurt/bran/coconut muffin (made by me)
2 carrots
Presently cooking beef nachos, which will be eaten moderately at around 8pm.*Serenity is the calm WITHIN the storm*

Christmas eve - nearly 8pm and I been doing OK in the food bizzo today - methinks I am probably subconsciously saving up for the HELL pig out tomorrow?????
Anyway....today:
Coffees total: three (don't understand that bare minimum AT ALL)
Water: about three large glasses
snadwich (white bread) lettuce, cucumber, processed cheese...
One of my divine muffins ( there's only one left now - and I have HIDDEN it - ha!)
Chicken sausages, peas, corn, baby carrots, pasta
One apple, one red (delish) anjou pear
two chocolate gold coins
CIGS: 4
Cravings for opiates: ONE rather lengthy one to which I DID NOT SUCCUMB!!!!*Serenity is the calm WITHIN the storm*

Had a smoothie this morning made from yumberries! Never heard of them before, and they were quite nice! They are from china and have been around since 8 AD. Theres my piece of usless info for the day!To Infinity And Beyond!!
