Just had a good 30 min conversation with the job centre. Kept calm, polite and threw in a couple of jokes, even though im ripping my hair out. Figured they will be more helpfull if i am polite and calm.
Still havent processed my claim, but the lovely lady is going to chase it up for me and call me in the next 24 hours. I put the claim in on 22 october!!
Got fobbed off twice to other numbers aswell before i got talking to someone who could help.

Morning everyone - appears to be a little quiet at the moment! Lovely Friday in store here - supposed to be around 12 more inches of snow on the ground by Noon tomorrow. Looks like a nice night for a fire and some hot chocolate.

Oney, glad to see that you are feeling better today - being nice to yourself is always the first step, isn't it?

Cy, how in the hell could they have not processed your claim yet - that is almost two months ago!! You're showing a lot of patience my friend...
