      Well, last night at home I downloaded Java as I need it to get into chat. It appeared to download but then I couldn't find it anywhere. Tried three times to no avail.

      Then this morning at the store I downloaded Real Player and got the exact same result.

              Java script files are hidden/ If you loaded Java make sure you downloaded the version specific to your OS. Can you access chat?

                    RC if you are running windows!? you should see an icon on your desktop toolbar if java is enabled
