Greetings Soldiers and welcome to your Saturday. Hope all have slept well, and feeling groovy...

My Jordan is home (YAY!!!!!). He has been making his way in the big city these past three months. Hi is only 15 and a half and it was quite hard to let him go, as it were, not that I really had much of a choice as he is very like me and extremely independent and capable. We get along brilliantly...amazing considering his age! I do think a big part of that is that I trusted him to try flatting, and my immediate family live in Christchurch so that was all good too, and of course we spent much time in the supermarket when I would go over to visit Vea.

We have just had homemade hamburgers, and that will be followd shortly by Apple crumble and icecream and cream!!! Then there is a band in town tonight at 10pm ( it is 8pm now) so the three of us (me and my two ladlets) are going to check it out!

Yes, the headaches plague me in a serious way.

My daughter saw my face this morning and was so worried about me. The pain is legible.

Tonight, the pain is gone.

I should be in bed asleep but to be pain free is such a treat. I don't want to miss it. :-)

Yes, Cinders, Mr Cheese is a total plonker and I just LOVE him....he does and excellent version of You Oughta Know (Morrissett) and some excellent slipknot covers (including People = shit) Crazy!
Starts - I would be braving a blizzard for milk for my coffee - same as I did for me booze in the bad ole days!
Gat, I think I shall just be an audience member. There have been many a drunken episode when I have totally shamed myself (though not at the time) by overtaking the mike at live local gigs : (
