Army Thread 22nd December 2008
Here is a poem that was emailed to me by a friend of mine. I hope you enjoy....
Oh, I
Wish I'd Looked After Me Tits
By
Pam Ayres
Oh, I wish I'd looked
after me dear old knockers,
Not flashed them to boys
behind the school lockers,
Or let them get fondled
by randy old dockers,
Oh, I wish I'd looked
after me tits.
'Cos now I'm much older
and gravity's winning.
It's Nature's revenge
for all that sinning,
And those dirty memories
are rapidly dimming,
Oh, I wish I'd looked
after me tits.
'Cos tits can be such
troublesome things
When they no longer
bounce, but dangle and swing.
And although they go
well with my Bingo wings,
I wish I'd looked after
me tits..
When they're both long
enough to tie up in a bow,
When it's not the sweet
chariot that swings low,
When they're less of a
friend and more of a foe,
Then I wish I'd looked
after me tits.
When I was young I got
whistles and hoots,
From the men on the site
to the men in the suits,
Now me nipples get stuck
in the zips on me boots,
Oh, I wish I'd looked
after me tits.
When I was younger I
rode bikes and scooters,
Cruising around with my
favourite suitors.
Now the wheels get
entangled with my dangling
hooters,
I wish I'd looked after
me tits..
When they follow behind
and get trapped in the door,
When they're less in the
air and more near the floor,
When people see less of
them rather than more,
Oh, I wish I'd looked
after me tits.
Pass on
to all your female girlfriends of a
certain age
and to any males of that age,who you
think can
handle it.....despite themselves!!!!"People usually fail when they are on the verge of success. So give as much care to the end as to the beginning." Lao-Tzu

Wish, Cy, sounds like a nice day... LTG I hope you are warmed up and comfortable now. When do you hear back from these tests?
Krigs, the poem... I am speechless... I refuse to acknowledge that that poem and its subject matter might have any relevance whatsoever to anything that has to do with me own lovely jabbers...
I absolutely had to get out to the post office to mail some bills, and to the groceria for dog food... it wasn't really all that bad out, we're up to a balmy 19 degrees F. The grocery store and everyone in it are starting to get just a tad crazed, and of course it will get much worse, by the moment, until it's all over... I'll have to go back there on Xmas eve, because I promised to fix Mother a shrimp cocktail for Xmas day, and I want to make sure the shrimp are not sitting around in my fridge too long...
I'm in for the evening, will read and maybe watch something on Netflix. I do love that Netflix thing. Did anybody here ever watch "House of Cards"? I just loved it.

LTG, I hope your B-Day is going famously!!! What's this about Chinese Take Out. I need to come over and cook you a nice meal for you and hubby to celebrate your birthday.
Yes, that poem is just a sample of the emails I get; from now on I'll have to share more of them with you guys.
WIP, You are probably gone now but it would have been nice to meet up in Florida. My parents now live near Altoona so you and I will pass within 10 days of one another. I'll be flying out of MCO at 5pm 1/5. What a shame!
Hi to Cy, Wishy and Limey, Good to see you guys and dolls!!"People usually fail when they are on the verge of success. So give as much care to the end as to the beginning." Lao-Tzu

Hi WIP!
Glad you are still enjoying the Netflix. Sure comes in handy when the weather is so cold.
I go back to the doc on Jan 2. Thanks for asking!
I've had a cozy day since I got home working on projects for family. It does not heart good to make things.:l
