Still deciding on Christmas dinner here. Just husbo and I after breakfast with grandkids. I want Ruby's PR and husbo wants ham. Evielou say PR for Christmas and ham for New Year's Day. I think I agree with her :h:l

The recipie is from Rachel Ray. One 12 oz pkg of semi-sweet choc bits, 3/4 of a 12oz pkg of butterscotch bits, one can (14 oz) condensed milk. Melt all three in double boiler, add 1 t vanilla, remove from heat and add 8 ox walnut halves. To make the wreath, use a cake or pie pan and grease with a little butter. Use the empty milk can for the middle of the wreath (wrapped in saran wrap). Drop the choc mixture in chunks around the milk can in the cake or pie plate and stick in frig. It will set up quite fast and be ready to dive into very soon. All in all, it takes about 5-10 min to put together.
