Yep. Sometimes glancing at the members list can be sad, because so many took a step, then hesitated. And that's fine in many cases, I'm sure. But there is concern.

I was one with "0" posts for a while, hesitating on posting.

This would be an easy way, I think, to break whatever ice may be there....
