GYCO - your son's pressie worth zillions! Great stuff!

        Mmmmmm...pressies...

        I got:

        Far too many choccies
A fab keyring that cusses PROFOUNDLY when you push a wee button (and I mean profoundly!)
        A back massager
        Socks (!)
a healthy cheque from my dad
        A Zoo-York T-shirt from kids
        music voucher
New lead for my bass guitar
Large bottle of organic beer (NO SHIT)

And most of all - A hangover free boxing day!

        Bless :H

Re the organic beer - the donor actually thought because it was organic I would be able to drink it! (Alcohol content 8%) - I was very demurely grateful, (I NEVER drink beer - and IF I did would need a brewery to touch sides) - but I thought it was a genuinely lovely thought, it came from one of my "adoptees", Tahu!

I had the best gift of all. We don't exchange material presents, we donate to charity instead. But my son was here last night and all day today. We cooked together all day and had the most fabulous dinner with his dad. We hung out for hours eating and listening to Handel's Messiah turned up way loud. Of course my hubster and son had to get out the score and read and sing along. It was soooo much fun. My gift was music and love and my family.
Rest in Peace, Bear. We miss you.
