Weird weather here. It rained like a bastard and was very mild on Christmas. This morning it is Frigid, but by Sunday it will be in the 50's again. Go figure. Have to figure out what to do with my few leftovers. We're going to cabin prob Monday or so. Have a party Sunday night. Would like to spend New Years Eve at cabin, hopefully with our grandchildren. Can't wait to get back there. Need to restore my soul, and rest a bit.sigpic

Ive been a busy boy today! Ive moved my old dvd player upstairs to the bedroon, along with my x box. Ive put my x box t.v on the wall, and im using my sun lounger as the chair! That way, when im watching footie, wish can watch tv upstairs, and when shes watching soaps i can go upstairs and play the x box. Result!!To Infinity And Beyond!!Comment

Back from my breakfast. Hubs just called - he had to work today to go over budget, then he's off a while. I reminded him to leave that #(%^@)$%&$ place where it is, not bring it on vacation with him. I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR THE WORDS SOUTHERN COMPANY OR GEORGIA POWER til he goes back to work! And I'm not one of his employees!!sigpic

Hi, everyone... Ruby I am envious about your leftovers; sounds like several of you have some really nice stuff leftover! Well, I've got some shrimp; made a nice spread with it last night, can do that again today.
I'm beginning to plan for the trip to Florida, and this time I think I'll drive down instead of flying, so I can take some things to begin to make the place live-able, kitchen and bathroom stuff, and a few clothes to leave down there. And I believe I'll look into buying a scooter, so when I fly down I'll have transportation without renting a car every time... That would make a pretty cool Christmas present, wouldn't it?
Oney, I watched all of "East is East" last night, great recommendation, it was wonderful. Thanks! That got me through Christmas night very nicely... that and some chocolate and my shrimp spread.
I think today is the day to stop all the chocolate I've been eating throughout this whole Christmas-time period. Way too much! But, way, way, WAY better than alcohol!
It's actually gotten warm here today, it's in the 60's (F)! Weird!Comment
