        Just watched another couple of Gavin and Stacey...absolutely fab! Royal Family was not that great tho IMO...

                    Thanks starting! Eh... not great, but not wasted - an improvement. Come the new year (and hopefully my supps - where the HELL are they? LOL) there'll be no more slacking off for this one over here!

                      The supps really do help. I got my Kudzu from Kriger and everything else from Walmart. My problem is getting back on them since I was in the hospital. I have to get back to using the kitchen timer to remind me to take them.
