I know why - fell asleep watching TV (the fire really).
I know where I was - at a party.
I know what I drank - sparkling water and lime.
I know how I got home - safely drove myself.

that is great. the worst is not knowing what a dumb ass you made of your self the night before yet worring about it for weeks...hoping no one tells you! good job. i have been af for 4 days now and i plan on feeling that way (sober, i mean) on new years day. once i make it through that i will be on a great start!!!

Waking up sober is the most wonderful feeling

I just wish that I would remember it at 5pm:blush:

I also love going to sleep sober. I find my sober dreams are not so chaotic. It's also so lovely to be able to turn over in bed, without that heavy feeling of guilt.

I love being sober so much, that I really am confused by the stupid, stupid relapses.

Congrats! That's awesome! Just think....to go with that is a clear head and energy to get up and enjoy the day. Missing half othe weekend from "sleeping it off" is for the birds!
I'm flying AF today...catching up on CSI, doing laundry, bonding with the dog. Hmmm....life is good!
