So today i was at walmart buying some supplements to start my week off. TODAY IS DAY 4 of AF!! so anyways.... i was buying the true calm and a lady asked if this really helped me sleep and i said i was not sure i was going to try it. i explained that i have not slept in over 2 days (i did not tell her it was because i was not passing out drunk which is the only way i get a real "good" nights sleep) She said " have you tried having a glass of wine before you go to bed?" and I very easily said "well, i don't drink" and i meant it. I know it has only been 4 days of soberiety but it felt so good to say and seemed like practice for when i'm in my real world with friends and family.
