Yes, sometimes... you can call the judge's clerk, or the lawyer who is involved... are you due in court for something?

Have to go to court with Emylee. She got grabbed twice in one week for not having her vehicle registered.

They may sea but ring the clerk of the court they may decide to just go ahead and hear it exparte meaning without you so ring the clerk judges are fickle things and justice is an ass.

For Traffic violations here it doesnt need to waste the courts time !!! why does a registration issue have to go before a court?????even twice is a minor issue
