    Good morning all. Well, there it is, all over and done with. Congratulations to those who survived the christmas and new year period without a drink. To those who didnt, today is the start of a new year, and a fresh start for everyone. Turn over a fresh page, dust yourselves down and make 09 the best year yet.

                HAPPY NEW YEAR CYMRU AND ALL!!!! DID NOT DRINK (BUT BLIPPED TWO DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS) THAT IS THE PAST AND i AM OK NOW. ACTUALLY HELPING MY BEST FRIEND IN YORKSHIRE WHO HAS BEEN DRINKING FAR MORE THAN SHE SHOULD AND HER BOYFRIEND 'MOANED' TO ME YESTERDAY, HE'S ABOUT TO LEAVE, NEVER MIND HE DRINKS 4 CANS OF STELLA AND SMOKES SKUNK TILL HE IS COMATOSED. SHE NAGS HE YELLED!!! SHE HAS CIRROSIS (CAN NEVER SPELL THAT BLOODY WORD!!) DUE TO CHRONIC HEP C, BUT HAS BEEN JUST DRINKING. SO NOW I HAVE TO FOCUS ON HER. MYSELF OF COURSE. BUT I AM OFF TO BATHE, WALK MY DOGS, CLEAN MY HOUSE AND DO SOME WEIRD RITUALS AS I AM A BLOODY WEIRDO. HOPE ALL IS GOOD WITH YOU AND YOURS.......................:h

                    Good Morning KP, sweets, Mr G, zen, Mitch and Maddy!
                    Feeling pretty damn good here with no hangover and so looking forwards to this year. I am going to put lots of effort into my new life and make it a good one!

                            Today I am going to shift my lardy arse and do an 8 mile walk around the Norfolk coast near Hunstanton and some surrounding villages...Spending a little time on the beach so the dogs can play in the surf.....perfect way to start 2009.
                            Whats everyone else up to?

                              Happy New Year to Everybody!!

                              Well I too am glad 2008 is done with- I have strong feelings 2009 will be a fab year!

                              I was in bed last night by 11.50 and asleep half an hour later- that is unheard of usually I am out until around 4 am- many years I have not really fancied it but feel I 'should' go, this year I did not feel any 'shoulds' at all- just lots of 'shouldn'ts!'

                              Its quite a nice day here, so I am off to get muddy with the dogs.
