OK I just did 30 minutes jog/walk on the treadmill, and the black-eyed peas are almost done. Will leave for Mother's house pretty soon... then home to de-compress with football, maybe, and also I have 2 episodes of "Prime Suspect"!

Wonderful LTG...the tide was way out when we got there but we had a great hike in the cold and the weather was a bit dank but it was great, felt loads better for it.
Going a bit earlier tomorrow so the tide will be in and the dogs can play in it!
