not yet dlw, still trying to get some af days behind me think the most i have ever done was a week or 2, and this is only day 4 misery,

Mickey, Keep strong. take it one day at a time, and if that doesnt work, split it to 1/2 day at a time. and if that doesnt work, try for 1 hour . The hardest is the first days, I promise that it does get easier!

I made New Year's Eve sober.

It was easy, I was surrounded by non-drinking family and we had a blast.

Hubby shot off mega fireworks and it was beautiful.

I am happy for all who made it sober/non-drunk and for those who are struggling, I am struggling with you but doing it. The struggle is worth it. Otherwise, we have much to lose.

Here is to a Happy 2009 where we all attain our goals, no matter what they are.
