I worry about Erin drinking in the future. She used to 'down' her squash and fruit juices, just like her dad did with wine, though she never saw me drink(well, once she did, but that was 6 months ago).
Its sorted now, but i really believe that alcoholism can be passed through from generation to generation.
Decs all down. Back to some kind of normality.

Sorry u are feeling like crap Oney. I alway take Echinacea, zinc, and vit.C when I feel something coming on. Usually works. Of course, I am sure that I will feel much better when I get off the fags.

Good afternoon to all. Cymru you could study to become an addiction counsellor and deal with all that makes us want to get 'off our faces', the psychology of addiction. If you do a counselling course with open university, you could do aside courses with the BRITISH SCHOOL OF YOGA - they do really reasonable and easily affordable courses and you would be good at that!!!! I am fine here in London, but just tired. I am sure it is because I have stopped drinking and smoking, now I just have to figure out how to stop ramming sugar in my mouth constantly!!!! Hope you are all well in the land of sobriety!!!! Good place to be. HAVE A GOOD DAY TO YOU ALL. Got my lottery tickets!!!!

Afternoon all.
Just back from the beach where it was cold but beautiful, Larry loved going in though think it made his day! Fudge cant see what all the fuss is about and looks at him like hes mad when he is barking at the waves.
Oney, get the vit c and zinc down you plus some hot drinks...and rest if thats poss.
Off home shortly and I cant wait. Had a lovely time here but there really is no place like home...

Got the dye in my hair. Emylee's cat is driving me feckin' crazy. She is hungry and there is no cat food in the house. I am going to head to the store after I was this dye out. The cat is fat and will live.lol.

Hello everyone. Not really much to report. Being very lazy today and have just watched Cy clean the entire house and take all the decs down. Really in a can't be arsed mood today! Still feeling ill and coughing for Wales. Going to get dressed in a bit and that is it for the day. Oh what a life i lead. Think i might take a leaf out of Cy's book and look into doing a course and getting myself sorted.
