    I really i'm a sap ... i'm sat here doing this dvd (which i made a while ago but only just getting around to copying on to a disk for them) and i just played it to see if it was ok and i'm feckin crying .... oh how i miss new zealand!

                      Washed, dried and pressed uniforms for Wed

                      Washed the dog

                      Cleaned up the garden and dog poo

                      Made a nice dinner for all the kids and it was healthy too....


                      I feel like I have acomplished a lot today by just making a bit of effort.

                                hang on , I will check. Pure Plan Drainag, method inner cleansing. Helps clean the body from the inside out, activates drainage. 10 plants plus green tea!
