Hi all!
Sorry you're having a hard time Cy, limers, and wishy-hope you'll get over that cold real soon!

I'm half way through day 4 - amazing. But I'm not getting anything done - can't concentrate for some reason. Grrrrr.

Oh, and the damn cat chewed through my puter speaker cable. Let's see, this makes now 4 phone cords, 1 cell phone cord, 1 cell phone charger cord, one satellite receiver cord and 2 sets of puter speakers.

Anyone like a very pretty and cuddly kitty? I'll send some cords with her!

Limers what is this stuff you are taking and where did you hear about it? Not all the stuff you get in health food places is good stuff.... gawd, I took some stuff once that gave me the most horrendously non-functioning bowels, it was horrible, no further words necessary, but I am very wary of all that over-the-counter "natural remedy" stuff!

its called pure plan drainage and ive just read it contains iodine and im allergic to shellfish and I think there is some connection to shellfish and iodine, maybes I shouldnt be drinking it at all. Perhaps I will use lemons and water..?

Yeah, Limers, get off anything that makes you feel crappy! Use a lot of water, lemon juice, some milk thistle for liver de-tox... Eat right... maybe a multivitamin... that's all anybody really needs, your body knows how to de-tox itself if you stop putting the toxins in!

ltg..im a silly person , I think WIP has a point, the best detox I can do is not drink alcohol I suppose. Ive a headache, my eyes are sore , I cant think straight, I cant see straight and im feeling down.

Poor Limers! That just sounds awful! These people advertise this stuff and use fake testimonials and it's easy to get sucked into trying them out... nobody knows what is really in the stuff...
