              My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

                  Hi Everyone and Thank You All for your warm wishes! This has been quite a year, but, without a shadow of a doubt, I would not be in this place were it not for all the support that I have recieved here! Beginning with reading RJ's book and seeing the possibility of finding my was out, to the wisdom shared by others, some tough love to keep me on track and hugs and compassion when I needed it!

                        By the way, gang. I spoke to Livingfree over the weekend......she celebrated one year AF last week!! I also talked to Believe and he too is doing great! He is mostly AF.....modding in the true sense of th word, having an occasional drink or two every couple of months or so! Congratulations to these two on their Fantastic Year!
