Hubs and I go to marriage counselor tomorrow, and one thing I want to discuss it Hubs demands for 3 meals a day when he is home, at certain hours, and only certain things. He's very particular, because his mother treated him and his father like they should be waited on. REALLY tired of cooking on demand!:l

Rubywillow,
:wow:
My hubby occasionally grumbles if I "forget" to feed him during the day.
After I pick myself up off the floor from rolling around laughing, he usually walks over to the fridge and finds something to eat.

I just checked out the Sonoma diet home page. I think I will join. It's only $4 a week. They have all kinds of tools and recipes that I can share in another thread. I could start a diet/food planning thread like I did for smoking. You think?:l

Hi, LTG!!
Is the Sonoma diet low carb?
I am stuck with low carb because of hubby's Type II diabetes. It works best for him and I try to keep the high carb stuff out of the house so it doesn't tempt.

Awesome!!
I was thinking about getting out the low carb cookbooks and researching some good meals, myself.
It helps to keep variety and some fun with the dieting. (In his case, it is not a diet, it has to be a way of life. Hubby is trying very hard to avoid taking meds. So far, he is making it.)
I was also thinking that planning menus would help reduce food costs. A lot less waste and a lot less "running to the store" to pick up odds and ends that always ends up in me buying more than I planned.
Thanks for sharing. It will be fun.

Hi Army,
Way too tired to catch up, sorry. I hope all are well. I worked from 10:30pm-8:30am. One of my poor patients fell and banged her nose on her dresser this morning. Bloody mess. It was awful, poor dear. I don't think her nose is fractured, but she has a nasty abrasion. The Chantix seems to be making me more tired than usual."Decide-Which Voice in Your Head you Can Keep Alive" (Shinedown)
