I am really testing my will power this week!! Day 3 - No alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, sugar, meat, or carbohydates! I will start to add them back gradually by the weekend. Not bad, really!sigpic

Army Thread 7th January
Fresh fruit, vegetables, water for first 3 days to cleanse body, then gradually add in small amount of other foods as prescribed. Last time I lost 14 pounds! You can only do this 1 week each month, or you'll undernourished. I have so much energy, tho! I'm cleaning out closets, (which I need to do anyway before I go back to cabin).sigpic

Army Thread 7th January
Hi all, i have the baby for the rest of the day. She is sleeping at the moment as Cy has worn her out with nursery rhymes!! Off to the park in a bit so will be nice to get some fresh air.
Rubes ... good on ya for doing what your doing. It must be so difficult and take alot of will power. I for one couldn't do it as my willpower is zero!
Oney ... Glad your eating again. What's on the menu for today?
