Wishy, I know exactly how you feel, I get so down sometimes too, but it does lift as you know...I find if I go out for a walk even if its cold and dark, just the movement shifts something in my head...take care hun and moaning is fine...x

Had my bath and feel slighty more relaxed, vegged out on the sofa at the mo thinking of what i'm gonna have for my dinner. I think my feeling down has alot to do with being tired, still recovering from this dam cold and with everything that has happened this past week, things are just building up. Gonna have some "me" time this evening, maybe that will help.
