    Hi all. Home and ready to chill for the night. Managed quite a good shop for under ?20. I was quite impressed by myself!! Not much fridge food, but filled the freezer!
    Going to chill infront of the t.v for a bit now.

        im back and my heads in bits!!All the little shits running around punching each other in the groin and burping and farting, thank God its over for anoyher year. Anyway, lost nobody so thats great! Total stress! Going to get some dvds, developing a expresso problem now, had 3 while I was out. Maybe that didnt help the stress.......!

                I had(ve) an espresso prob leeky. I dont drink as much now im not working in restaurants, but when i did, especially in my time of abstinence i would drink so many double espresso's in a day i would shake! I had to take loads of nytol to sleep. They are def not good for keeping calm, but great for a Sat night with 90 covers in house!!

                        I think its all part of the addictive nature of some of us. Its the buzz! You know if you bang down a couple of espresso's your going to get a nice caffine buzz going. Anything for a buzz of some kind !!
