Hi all - just caught up with thread - glad you doing OK, Limey! Good on you!
Ones - totally relate to the people commenting on weight thing - I often have people tell me I look like I could do with a good feed - doesn't bother me that much, rather be slim than not, and I KNOW I don't have an issue with it...
I slept brilliantly, my back and feet pain gone - but I know it will recur, as it always does will full-on work hours - a result of a transverse lie (spine-on-spine) pregnancy with Jacob 18 years ago : (
Hope all well - sun shining brilliantly, got most of day to myself, there will be lots of hungover people about today after HUGE night in town last night, glad not to be one of them!
Don't start til 4pm today!

Limers - totally relate to the energy thing - sometimes I feel like I could charge flat bloody batteries just by being near them - that can be dangerous for me as it can bring sleeplessness, which brings thougts of opiates.......all bad - YEP! I run, or at least do some uphill walks. I guess for you the weather wouldnt be the greatest for that...anyway - dam glad to see your energy is sober! X X

I have to say when im feeling great its dangerous for me so I will have to start walking , really walking from monday to use some of it up but im not going to cave.

Thanks Ltg, I will, as Mr. G says , there are no negatives in been sober and hes right, im going to keep that in mind and with all the support I get from here , especially Oney and Starts who are always a text away , I reakon im on to a winner.
