Go to the forum listings > goals > monthly abstinence. It's always at the top of that list of threads (it's a "sticky")... You might also consider checking in with the daily AF thread, also in that section. Lots of people there working on going AF... some for 30 days or so, some for forever!

I have friends who are very supportive. Friends who are pissed i stopped drinking . And friends who walked away when I needed them most.
One friend who deserted me--well, let's just say I spent years, 24/7, getting her through some very rough times. How's that for payback in my time of need?


Think I will stick with the ones who are supportive through good and bad.:h
