    Army Thread 12th January 2009

Limers - you bloody gem! One thing about we alks, there is no beating about the bloody bush!
BH - in the serious stakes with your Elvo, I worry about my Jordo with the pot thing, he is 15 too, and while he doesn't drink, I see the addictive tendency beginning in his behaviours and it scares me shitless too - I KNOW it, It was me....We just gotta be so grateful, that (like your elder boy) - when they are ready to see that there is something wrong, we are there to help.

My parents were always very loving (albeit via tough-love for many years with me) but they had NO IDEA, and I was lost for years as a result of misunderstanding. GOOD ON YOU FOR BEING YOU X

Morning Kapo, good to see you had a good day and so glad you got off that bus. Sounds very dangerous to me.

Limey ... i know it was so tough for him but he has the baby's 1st birthday to look forward to on the 20th Jan so that something for him to look forward to. With everything that has gone on in the past 2 weeks he was getting angry but he has calmed down now and just wants to settle down and be a family with my sister and the baby.

Sounds like Gor would still be there if you hadnt saved him limers. He should be thanking you every day and for the gift of all those children! The day my husband met me was the ruination of his life for sure. Someone asked him yesterday what was his ultimate fantasy and he jokingly said my death! He recently said there is just no justice in the world just when he thought I had almost drank and smoked myself to death and was planning what to spend the life insurance money on I suddenly manage to save myself! Life sure is a bitch when you are married to one!

                  Kapo
Yep I think we have the advantage (if you could call it that) in that it takes one to know one. We can see the writing on the wall whereas my parents didnt know their arse from their elbow!

                      Army Thread 12th January 2009

Just a little joke to finish off tonight.
                      BH

After the office Christmas party ...

Mike woke up after the annual office Christmas party with a pounding
headache, cotton-mouthed and utterly unable to recall the events of the
                      preceding evening.

After a trip to the bathroom, he made his way downstairs,
where his wife put some coffee in front of him.

"Sandra," he moaned, "tell me what happened last night. Was it as bad as I
                      think?"

"Even worse," she said, her voice oozing scorn. "You made a complete ass of
yourself. You succeeded in antagonising the entire board of directors and you
insulted the Chairman of the company, right to his face."

"He's an asshole," Mike said. "I could piss on him."

"You did," came the reply. "And he fired you."

"Well, fuck him then" said John.

"I did". said Sandra, "You're back at work on Monday...........

Wishy! All very best for your sister and her man and your family in general - may peace reign in your bro-in-law's heart, for the good of all...

Well, I am off to bed shortly, as, speaking of our babies, my Jakie (the Liberator) and I have to be in court in the morning at 9.30 for the bloody stolen santa fiasco - what a load of shite, ..... hey, limers, whaddya reckon I tell the judge to "cop on" !?!??!? (SHIT I WOULD DEARLY LOVE TO) - Actually, just briefly, I am reminded of about 9 years ago when I was VERY wrongly accused of nicking $2shop sunglasses (I ASK you!)...I maintained my innocence the whole way ( I Didn't do it!) and at the final sentencing day ( that was dragged out for 7 months, no shit) - I started drinking at 4am, and when the judge read out the long and boring summary and asked me how did i plead, I replied, "I didn't fucking DO IT, you bloody idiot" Anyway, I was told smartly to "take 5" or I would be held for contempt of court. Anyway, was not convicted...but there you go!

                        Good day to you all x x x x
