You guys are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so thankful I am sober, God works to guide us so when things like this happen we "chose" the corrective actions. The horrific actions others take when life throws us curves are usually the result of having not done their part to grow or learn from past behaviors. A few months ago, I would have collapsed over this, but, now, I feel strong with a whole different perspective. They say one must reach the "bottom" to be teachable, well, my bottom was getting off meds, pure hell. Then finally realizing the booze was the acid on the fire. If what we're doing is not working that is a sure sign!!!! Like the saying goes: "If you keep doing what you've always done, then you'll get what you've always gotten".
