    Light a candle Friday....

    If anybody's like me (and that's a scary thought in of itself
    Friday is a hard day for me and my sobriety (you know T.G.I.F. and all that)
    So what I am going to do from now on is light a candle on Fridays to remind me I am the lucky one, I'm sober and there are a lot of poor souls out there still suffering.
    This will help remind me of whats important and also a nice gesture to those "still out there"

    Please dont leave the candle lit if you leave the house...
    And one2many this wont work in your car honey ( I can hear her now "Everybody likes a piece of arse, nobody likes a smartarse"

          Sean - EXCELLENT idea. Friday is historically very much my Fuckup day. I have gotten through a few lately, but that DOES NOT stop the friday "feeling" - a huge build up to the weekend - I reckon you can just about SMELL the excitement of the world on a Friday afternoon. My candle lit, UK!
