I read the Big Book 3 times. Emylee went to a few Ala teen meetings and I gave her a book of daily meditations from Alateen. Don't think she has touched the book since she started smoking pot daily.

Sea, besides the unemployment issue it all sounds very cosy. Gordos possibly loosing his job this week as well, we will find out later this week. Its all very bad whats happening but we will survive it.

I feel im getting better at been af though, I know it sounds nuts but Im very happy about getting straight into it again , for the most part I love been af but THE BLOODY WEEKENDS..I hate them now. I think I will start excerising ion the weekends, maybe join a gym. I need to work through those days.

Hi all! Anyone remember me? I'm borrowing my g'daughter's 'puter to just let you all know I'm still alive and doing great. We're expecting snow at the cabin tonight, and the temps have been fierce! (6 degrees Sat AM on my deck) I'm here for another week and will try to check in again. Daughter is such an angel, they have taken another foster child in, a week old baby boy named Austin, born to a single, addicted mother with who will not get custody of him. He's beautiful, only 4 lbs., but very sweet, good baby. He'll be with us until she either gets completely clean or, most likely, he's adoptable. Tough on our hearts, but daughter is amazing. The docs she works with adore her, and Hubs and I are so proud of what she & SIL are doing. I'm just trying to help and thanking God for being sober so I can be there for her.
