I have never been in a tanning booth; fair skin doesn't do too well under those lamps! We have 20F here and blue skies...no dreariness at all here. Oh yes, I so know that feeling...
But if you force yourself, you might feel better without realising it...I often have to force myself to go out..but it really helps me..
