Morrison I had my idenity stolen once and it is AWFUL...took me MONTHS to get the shit taken care of. HUGS my friend! BUT, as we know a drink wont make it better.

Morrison, not to make light of your messy situation, but someone once stole a basil plant off my front porch. If they REALLY needed it for dinner, they could have just knocked on my front door! Just the most bizarre theft ever.

I hope you are able to recoup some of the $2500. Not that any of us have that much to spare.

Morrison.... SO SORRY that happened! When my husband and I were there the time before I met you, he was pickpocketed in the elevator and how someone cleaned out our bank account without a pin number is still a mystery to me. Thank goodness we had a max limit of what could be withdrawn within 24 hours, so we were not totally cleaned out. But what REALLY stunk, is that my husband had won several thousand dollars and had it all in cash, all in the wallet that was stolen. Thank goodness his drivers license was still in the room or he would not have been able to board the plane home. We learned a huge lesson and I was SICK about it for months. However, the bank did eventually (after 90 days) return all of our money to us since it was an un-authorized withdrawal. But losing all of that cash made me sick. Especially since he only gambled 40 bucks to earn it.

The bank has to return your money if any was taken from a debit or credit card... fight for it!

Keep your head up... it really sucks, and I am so sorry that happened.

I'm so sorry Morrison. Losing the money sucks, but you should be able to get some of it back. But I know what you mean about getting your privacy stolen. That really is the worst? Is there a gps in your phone? Sometimes it can be traced that way.

Whatever you do, don't drink over it my friend. Please don't.

I wanted to thank you all for being there for me to vent. This(being ripped off) is nothing big, but I drink, and get so crazy. My emotions are easily shattered. I am a different person for sure. So scary. Why? Why would I drink on Sunday? I didn't take an antabuse that morning, but did the day before, so it was even hard getting it down. I am an idiot. I should have mentioned I was drinking when I was ripped off. Of course I was. Guess how many bad things has happened to me when I was not drinking? NONE. Haha. All of my drama is booze related. I don't deserve support. Really. I am putting myself out there and stating "I am a dumb ****." Oh, and I cuss too much when I drink. When I don't, I can actually censor myself.

IAD, nice pic. I picked the name Morrison when I joined here, because of my drunken ways. I actually had over 20 days AF again when I slipped. I just cant' get a good stretch of days in, and it scares me so bad. How do I know I was ripped off? Well, I know how it happened. Two young girls were being overly flirtatious with me. I knew they had to be working girls, because they were just coming on to me way too strong. Well, anyway, in my drunken state, let my guard down. After they left, I realized my stuff was gone. It had to be them. Had to be. I'm such a shmuck. You know this stuff happens to other people, but not us, right? Damn, I haven't had a girlfriend in ages and women are still costing me a fortune. Haha. Sorry gals, I had to go there.

Oh, and I was just so drunk, I went home and passed out like an idiot. Didn't cancel my cards until next morning, and I was already taken. I have nobody to blame but me. Let me have it. I deserve it. Maybe taking a proverbial beating here will alleviate some of my guilt.

Morrison, you know that on top of being ripped off being drunk, you could get in trouble again, public intox., or DUI, and you'd really SHIT! You gotta remember how awful all that was for you back then, and now realize that you are on the downhill slide again, you gotta rally buddy, I don't want you to suffer anymore trauma/drama!!!! You may end up in jail for sure this time if you get caught by the po-po in a drunken state! I love ya, and I think you need to get the hell outta Sin City, it sucks for me too, I got plastered the last time I was there 2 yrs. ago, and it hurt like HELL...that place just inspires bad behavior! Well, I'm feeling a bit better, but still kind of crappy. I thought maybe I was drugged. I mean, I get drunk, but how I blacked out so much is beyond me. I never have forgotten such a long span of time. Scary shit. Lucky I'm not dead in a ditch. Seriously, this upset me more than getting a DUI. No lie. I actually felt so violated. I'm getting over it, but damn, this is what booze can do. No way that happens to me if I'm sober. No way.
