I am doing much better today, a bit still recovering. but much better - THanks everyone for your support. I am starting new with day 2!

DLW, You are not starting over......you hit the "Refresh" botton! That has been what I have been doing when the old thinking and the urge to drink raises its ugly head....hit.....Refresh....pull out my Tool Box and forge ahead! (and No! as of today, I have not relapsed!) But, we all know that these momentary relapses do happen and the really important thing to do is to jump right back on the AF train!
