Im trying, but not promising anything to anyone till i can trust myself. Its so easy for me to fall. Im so on edge all the time, and it takes very little to tip the scales. taking Kudz fulltime really was a good idea though.

Plus, if I didnt walk EVERY day for miles, I would go mad...
I broke my leg a few years ago, I still went walking, in the snow, on crutches...i cannot not walk if you get what I mean

You dont need to make any promises cy...just get into it. I found the first month hardest for anxiety, it was hard and sometimes I wondered if id get through it but it does pass

Yes, that sort of thing suits me too oney, or a museum...but I always feel bad that i dont socialise with anyone really, in fact i didnt much when I was drinking....sometimes I worry about it...

I very rarely socialise. Did none atall when i was abstinent. Hated going out. Would rather have Erin or stay in and watch a dvd and have a smoke. No girls, no relationships, nothing. But I was happy. I think anyway. Actually, writing that i thought, ''no I bloody wasnt''

I was happy working and spending it all on materialistic things to make out I was something that i wasnt. I seemed happy, but it was all building up to a massive fall.
