The most important thing is you feel better, and taking care of You.
Shop is very quiet today- unusual for a Saturday, might get a few in later though.

Oney, have you tried Creative Visualization ??? I would work with you in person, if I could.
I have seen great results and used it myself...There have been years that I went into isolation and still have times that i want to just MAKE THE WORLD GO AWAY...I get it, I really do.sigpicEyes on the PRIZE, a SOBER Future !!!

This afternoon I have been changing laces on my trainers! I have a black pair that now have orange laces and a white pair with blue laces. That was another addiction when i had money, trainers, and adidas classics in particular!! How sad!To Infinity And Beyond!!

I think sometimes pills might work and cover the symptoms but eventually you still have to go back and face the cause.

I guess we need professional help there- but I don't know where to start looking- nothing I have ever tried gives lasting results- yes you feel better when you leave the therapist or whatever then a few days later nothing seems to have changed.

But before therapy she basically was a mess who more than likely would have ended up in jail or worse.
Unfortunately that therapist is now a top selling author who no longer practices- I read a book of hers, but I really think you need sessions in person to get to the root of it all.
