    Tired of Falling Down

    Hi Smokey, I'm on my Way to Doing the same thing tonight.

    I am finishing my third right now and have to stop or all hell is going to break loose. I can live with 3-4 beer tonight and get up not thinking I have lost it.

      Follow Up: I'm proud of myself. I thought about it thanks to this forum and stopped at the 3 beers. About 1 an hour for 3 hours. Wife came home late and woke me up. I jumped her bones and we both went to sleep. I'm happy today. So Far I've had 5 beers this year on 3 days. 12% of the days with AL and not very much in one sitting... not bad.

        Thanks to all of you for the encouraging words -- and Star for the kick in the arse (that hurt)!!

        I did 23 days AF back in November so I know it's possible.

        P4T: I know I need to be here more often.

        WIP: You're right -- This age does seem to be a good time to put away the corkscrew.

        Thanks to all -- Day 2 feels great.
