Cy, rehab is not a bad thing, you know. It can be a very, very good choice. You are single, you aren't working right now, and it might be the best possible time for you to get some really intensive work done. Do you have NHS systems that provide some kind of decent rehab programs?

Hi All. I've had a really good afternoon. The baby had her injections and screamed but apart from that it was good. There was a right little brat of a kid in the docs waiting room who kept snatching the toys from the other kids, his mum didn't really care. One of the parents actually told her to look after her son as he is out of control. I thought a fight was going to break out!!

I agree with Oney, Cy. Two things you can do today: ring the helpline, and go to an AA meeting. Then see what your best options are.
