:sun:GOOD MORNING! At least in California. Just dashing but wanted to say Hi! Miss the post cause I get off to a late start. Hope you all are having a great day, army buds! Thanks for covering my back when I had my sleep the other day.

Wow! I had a wonderful dream last night. I was on the bay (The Great South Bay) off the coast of Long Island, New York, and I was on a boat. It, for some reason, was kind of boring, maybe the other people were partying and drinking and I was bored....anyway I just flapped my arms and flew up to the sky. It was a beautiful day, and the sky was covered with soft, light, but sunny clouds. People on the boat looked at me in amazement. I looked down and said, "What, I thought anyone could fly." Then I flew up and touched the soft clouds. They were only about 5 inches thick. Needless to say it was a lot more fun than staying down on the boat drinking.

O.K. have to go take my meds and put my foot up. I'm assured I'll be good as new in a week (yea, right! LOL) TRYIN to be good, anyway. Good talking to you all, loves. I have missed you.

Evie, I am so sorry to hear that you got sick in New Orleans. It is such a toxic place.

I take kudzu and also L-glut. Just started it again. I have really not been drinking near as much as I used to but I know I must not drink at all.

I have started excercising again and that is helping tremendously.

Yes, I need to get mad. I have many good things going on so I am focusing on the positive.

Going to a retreat part of the weekend to do some meditation, yoga and chanting.

This fraud thing is kicking my butt. I hope to work it out. Definitely sober.

Zen, I am sorry you are still struggling hun. Drinking really wont help that though, I know the more I drank the more depressed I got.

Yeah Oney I am still kinda sick, a bit of a fever, just took a nap and am trying some tomato juice. Had an orange and tea and 2 small crackers earlier (they stayed down). Still the diarrhea, though...

NZ the retreat sounds good.... interesting question as to "should you" be upset about drinking... You know that feelings are just feelings, and trying to make ourselves have the "proper" feelings or not have the "wrong" ones is not helpful... Thinking is another matter, however. We can work with irrational thinking... if we want to... What are your thoughts about drinking? Good idea, or not?

The bloke i the shop was amazing, so helpful and saved us some money too. A really good buying experience

I haven't decided about Florida tomorrow. I am worried about trying to change my plane tickets, I bought them on Travelocity and have never before tried to change flying dates... Has anybody done that?

Hi all. Great news on the mac. What size screen did you get?
I'm feeling o.k tonight. I've spent much of the day sleeping. Dreamed that I was falling from a great hight and when I hit the floor I woke up really abruptly!
I haven't phoned anyone yet. I need to sort some things out first. If I do go to rehab which I'm not sure about, then I want to see Erin this weekend first.

The Apple stores are amazing, they are SO helpful and dont try to sell you something you dont need. He even felt that the Imac we chose was probably more than we would ever use, but he said try it and if after 14 days you want to try the cheaper one, bring it back and we will refund. Makes me very comfortable knowing that.

I hope you can sort your flights out....

Cy, I am so pleased you are feeling brighter, I hope you will seriously consider some further treatment options. Also, it wouldnt hurt just to talk to someone without commiting yourself?
