Help!

I am going to docs tomorro to tell the truth about my drinking and to get some medical help... stupidly i am drinking today...felt the need to give it a proper send off.
Anyway...I aint drunk tho to be honest just feel normal. I need encouragement tho as im really wanting to call my ex ( details in my story ) i feel really lonely an i do miss him so much but i know that if i called him i would just end up more upset. Am posting this to keep myself occupied so that i dont make that call. Any advice and support would be v much appreciated.
