some good wishes,i sleep, but not normally, i wish i could get back to my old sleep pattern,like when i was a kid,go to bed at 10 or 11,not when iwas a child chid, my parents had rules 7 oclock, but sleep till 10 or 11am,maybe 2 in the afternoon,wake to no pressures,other then school, was it so hard gyco
