Thanks for the information RJ, I'm so impressed with your site and the huge amount of support I've received on here in just the short time I've been visiting here - inspiration for me enough to acknowledge, not just to myself, but to my doctor that I have a problem that is getting worse. I've ordered supps, cd's and topa (from net) and want to give this programme my all and prove to myself (for my kids sake) that I can do it with a lot of help from my friends here and this programme. It will be a pleasure to report back experience on receiving supps etc in the UK - there seems to be quite a few of us brits on here.

I have ordered L-Glut today from a website called www.bodykind.com . It costs £11.20 for 90 tabs 500mg - and is free p&p within the UK.
I spent ages looking at different websites, but a lot of them were for body builders !!! and they cost a fortune.

Looking forward to them arriving - takes 1-3 days.

P.S I've read that we should be taking 1000mg per day, can anyone advise whether this is all in one go , or would you take 2 lots of the 500 mg throughout the day?

Hi Bambino, been on site - what is it that you ordered the I-Glut under - looking frantically! help! Is it a vitamin, mineral etc - what is it's full name as I know there are couple of catogaries with I-Glut - am confused!!!!

I ordered a load of suff from Holland and Barrett, it arrived on thursday, but the quataties are small - I think 60 tabs - the other works out cheaper - my L Glut arrived the next day. I e-mailed H & B and they were happy for me to return it - even gave me a freepost address - Thought that was really nice... Oh and I ordered my cd's a week last wednesday - and I think they arrived last wednesday or thursday - so yours, as I've said are doggie paddlin as we speak !!!

Did you say where you ordered your L Glut? And is it UK based? It's nice to see more Brits on board, when I joined end of last year we were just a few. Been absent for awhile, now back on board for some urgent help.
