sunshine knows better,when i read it i said oh o,ive read your past threads,and many others threads, were all pretty much of the same mold,we struggle with Al, our conscience ,even when not drinking, wants a feeling of security, the wine glass rt now is the bllankee, soother or what ever helps our brain thro this struggle,if it works ,the old saying,USE IT,just like we used Al in our addiction, thanks sunshine,for nt drinking,gyco

normally as ive done rt now, today,wake early, my alchohol brain, at low times would say gyco have a beer,or a glass of wine,yes its 1215 am,its ok,dont have to work for 7 hours, then powee, 1t might lead to 2, ,3 or 4, and now its 3am,bed time,sleep for 1 hour, oooops is 4am,a, one wont hurt,tis a viciuos circle,but i dont have that struggle rt now cause i have found you folks ,that wake me to the reality of some one, struggling,isnt it nice we have each other gyco ps does ths sound like your story
