im not sure how to put this nicly. but here goes.

when i go to the toliet and do a number 2, when im done and cleaning up, theres blood in in the toilet paper? has been like that for ages, im too much of a wussy to go to dr,
so u can be my dr, any ideas what it is or could be?

i just realised that my grandfather had boul cancer and died from it, scarry stuff.
well i hope its makes me go quick and in no pain, as theres no way in hell im bending over for a dr. so they can have a look..

Hey Karl, it is probably something very simple...dont stay on the toilet too long, eat lots of roughage to keep you regular, drink lots of water, do some exercise...it is probably a simple case of piles or a small tear in the bowel...it should stop in a short time..try not to worry about it...but if it does continue, get your ass to the doc, they look at asses all day long, I am sure yours is no different :-)

G'day Karl. Firstly, i am not a doctor, but i do know that bleeding from the bowel can be typical of drinking deadly amounts of grog, and, or, bowel cancer/complications. If your bowel needs to be cut out, you will need to defacate through another orifice (your mouth), or tubes. I've seen it to be very painful, and embaressing. Get it looked at right now, especially if you have a history of bowel cancer in your family. If bleeding is alcohol related, and you stop drinking, it can stop bleeding eventually, but you've got to see a doctor. No other way around it. Up to you...G.

If you aren't sure where it's coming from ou need to see a doctor (nurse speaking here), I have seen loads of bums, bobs and bits... doctors don't even care, they don't even talk about you to the other staff, you are just another person on their list of patients .... reassured .... then go to the doctor ...

It probably is piles or a tear/fissure, but history of bowel cancer in the family = doctor's visit !!!!!

Have you seen the you Tube on "intervention" about Lawrence? Sorry to says it put he bleeds to death, internally. Are your stools TAR like?? It may not be serious but it could be very serious ...I would check with the Dr. to make sure. Maybe you could also talk to him about trying some new meds...You worry me and I pray that you will take care of yourself.

Could also be a fissure. Crack in the ole rectum. Doesn't heal, or heals only on the surface then cracks back open when strained. Have had both hemms and fissure. Had surgery which fixed me up nicely. Keep in mind, both of these problems are made worse by, what I call, "Roosting". Get in there, do your business and get out! LOL! No reading on the toilet!!! :H Seriously, I had this for well over 20 years before I had it fixed. I don't reccommend waiting. Have your DR. take a look - just to be sure. :h

well now im worried, never had anything wrong like hemms and fissure.

dr's freak me out, ill have a watch of intervention as now 2 people have said im like him. hmmm.

not sure what my poop looks like, ill check it out next time i go.
ive had this for over a year im pretty sure, not heaps of blood but some. always wondered what it was.
i dont sit on the toilet very long, do my crap(lol) and get out, kinda like throwing a granade. throw it and run.
sorry but this might be serious but well its kinda funny talking to people about my poop.

ive got a 'srink' appointment early next month will see what he says about the meds ect. i dont really bother him about how i am unless he asks, im shy and well apart from here ive never asked for help.so not totally use to it yet, especially face to face. i have to find out about anziety as well.
ive never had a single this wrong with me, only 1 filling, a few broken bones ect. but nothing major.
put it this way if they ask me to take blood or have a needle or anything ill pass out.

shit maybe im getting older and things are going to start playing up? after a hard life of dust ect from work, drugs when i was younger and now drinking.

im already now freaking out about going to the dr.

Hello Karl.. i know this is not a pleasant topic. All humans one time or another have experienced this. My link was to explain why we get blood in our stools. I am sure you are okay. Take in more oils, to coat your colon. I am a big fan for oils. Even if you have to add some oil to orange juice, like a Tb-spoon for a week or so. Oils are healing. Hope this makes you feel better Karl.

I know it is embarassing.
I am a woman, and once a year I have to lay on a table "relax" yeah right, and expose my *soul* as it were, to an almost stranger.
It is uncomfortable, embarassing, and NECESSARY!
Like some others have said, it may just be hemmeroids or a small tear or fissure...BUT...always better to be safer than sorry!
Cancer kills.
Some cancers caught soon enough are treatable.
Be proactive for the sake of your health.
Doctors see asses all the time.
Please don't let fear rule your judgement on this.
