Starts and Oners, thanks. I do have HUGE moral support from many good true friends who have witnessed her pure poison over the years. It is just such a HUGE, HUGE feeling of anger, despair and - well just ANGER I have at the moment. I don't really know what to do. All I know is that I had best do NOTHING.

Well, my Jacob just came through the lounge, talking non-chalantly about his day, and I just started to cry, and told him the Helen update. He was SOO wise and gave me a big hug and reassured me how much Helen is pure VENOM, and how his little sister WILL know that and come home to us when she is able. He was so loving and kind - just like all of you! Then we had a laugh - about how POXY Helen is, and we thought up a couple of pretty gross things for her! God love him!
We are going to eat toast and have a cup of tea!

Sea - my depression is lifting, just by sharing with all you guys I PRAY yours is too real soon x x

Kapo, that is wonderful!!! It really does show that depression and feelings are fleeting, they come and go and we just must hang tough until the bad ones go...
I still do that thing sometimes of burning the paper...usually when rich is out though because he thinks I am a bit mad

The funniest thing just happened to me. I popped to the petrol station for a pint of milk and when i was paying for it i could see a women trying to get into my car. I walked up to her and said excuse me and she just looked at me blankly and carried on trying to get into my car. I then said to her "thats not going to work as your car is park over there". She was quite embarrassed and appoligised. Now we both had dark blue cars but mine is a fiesta and hers was a volvo estate, quite a size difference there!!! I had to laugh mind!
