Start, I don't know. I am trying. The attorney wrote the jerk a letter saying I would take less profit but he has to pay for the event, clear my name and reverse all charges.

I don't think he will. He knows I don't have the money to sue him but by God, I will find a way. I am out over 8,000. and have 60. to my name. A friend of mine from New Orleans paid my rent for me.

I am ashamed of myself for handling this by drinking. I am having a lot of anxiety today

Starty... I said this somewhere else this week... I don't really feel any different, nope. Not AF, nor NF. I eat like a friggin oinker and am gaining weight (HATE IT!) but I don't have more energy or anything.

Oney, remember that piece you wrote on 'where are the accolades, the fireworks, etc - why am I even doing this'? Can you bump that up for me? I think I need to read it again!

The lawyer will do no more unless I give him a 500. retainer fee. I don't have 500.

No one else is helping me clear my name.

He has committed a crime by not paying for the services I performed. I am going to fill out a police report tomorrow. I will find a way.

I have a lot of support from friends but I need to get legal help that I can afford.
