Well Marby's gonna shut up shop and go home- it's raining really hard now, and bloody BF has just called asking me to go in the bar on the way back to order him a takeaway chicken. Funny not so long ago I would have thought- "Great! I can get a drink while I am there..."

Today I have no desire whatsoever, I will go in, grab the grub and be right out of that door.

Well Wishy, you can always leave if you arent comfortable. I am sure everyone probably feels the same going their first one...I would imagine you dont have to say anything. Is there a phone number you can call of your local one? Perhaps if you spoke to someone who runs it or goes, it might put your mind at rest?

I have the main number, will ask them for a number for my local meeting. I have a few days to make my mind up and i know it will do me good. Just need to get over this nervousness.
