As soon as I feel a little bit better, I am going to go to AA, join a group, get a sponsor. I can't mess with this anymore. I know for me, it is a self-imposed isolation. I have been out of work close to a month and just sit in my room alone everyday. That has to stop.

hi sea look at the progreess people make here,it is day today,Af or modding, you have to feel comfortable in your own body,sea you can also try online aa its similar to here and your not intimnated by a meating,once you feel comfortable go to a meeting gyco

The "in between," yes, and also: just plain other choices. If "boredom" is the problem, what can solve that problem aside from drinking? Setting up plans for Saturday nights, with something that sounds at least somewhat entertaining, would be a great start...

wip, im just going to have to really , really try harder for sat nights, its all a bit pahetic. Last night my sis rang and she was twittering away and feeling sorry for herself as always and i just let rip...! Id never do that sober, had that horrible tummy flipping omg what did I say feeling all night.
Its just lazyiness on my part i think, im lazy about my drinking!

I guess I set myself up by making plans for a date. I absolutely cannot date until I am much healthier. I didn' plan on the bender lasting 4 days, but as soon as I start, I cannot stop.
