Limes I am wearing a patch, its the gum I have given up...I know its pathetic but to me its a biggy....
Headache is still there and cravings are coming and going but I have just decided that I am no longer going to chew nicotine chewing gum and am dealing with the feelings as they arise.
I feel better than I thought I would though...

To steam eggs:

After you fry the bacon crack the eggs into the grease, turn the heat down to medium low, put in about 2 tablespoons of water then cover the pan. It takes about 5 minutes to get the whites done all around but the yolks stay runny. I use a pan with a glass lid so I can keep an eye on them. The bonus to cooking them this way is they don't stick to the bottom of the pan and you can lift them out perfect.

OK, if you don't want greasy eggs you can do this with cooking spray as well but you have to use a little more water and keep a closer eye on them.

Oney I take a lot of time for me. I'm an old lady! I had a teacher one time who taught me to be self-ish. (not selfish.) But thanks for your good thoughts when I was your age and had kids I didn't so I know what you are saying.
