    after alot of thinking i have decided

    hey all the weekend has been great back to work today.

    over the weekend i tried cutting down again. friday night 2 beers, sat 2 beers and a glass of wine, sunday NOTHING. nothing at all, im amazed. today feels good waking up cheerful and not tired.
    today is day 2. i want feb to be a good month for me.

    im giving myself a pat on the back, anyone else deserve a pat on the back :H

    p.s need to drink something different today, drank so much coke and ice yesterday. today feels like a milk day. mmmm ice breaker(ice coffee)

      well done K, what about sparkling mineral water with fresh sliced lemon and lime/? very refreshing and sooooooooooo good for you. just stay away from the poison, its a killer x

                      Keep up the pace Karl. When I switched over to soft drinks I found the caffeine in the coke and chinnotto kept me awake. You doing OK with it?

                              hey all, thankyou all so much for your support. its nearly day 2 under my belt, a good movie before i got to bed and that will be that. i must admit to get through today i busted my arse from 7-6:30 at work. kept my mind off things

                              WOOHOO, also 16 days and i get my lience back. hahahaha YAY!
                              very happy about that been looking forward to it for 14 months...
